Our ranch blends the surrounding natural beauty with the rustic elegance of the lodge to create an unforgettable affair. We have spared no expense to equip our property with everything you will need for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Your caterer will have access to our fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, and your guests will enjoy fireside conversation revelry as the sunset fades.
Should you choose to have a wedding ceremony off-site, you can use the ranch as a place for your guests to relax and meet for the reception. The lawn offers unlimited seating and dining space, and the grounds can accommodate RV’s as well as adventurous tent campers.

The ranch’s sleeping arrangements offer a uniquely fun experience for the bride and groom’s immediate family and closest friends. The Gathering Lodge’s bunkhouse on the west end of the lodge features two separate rooms with bathrooms and individual closet space. Each room—one with groomsmen and the other with bridesmaids in mind—offers four bunk beds and loft space. Two more bedrooms with king beds and ensuite in each are on the east wing. The Creek Cabin features a full-kitchen, dining area, living space and four bedrooms, each with an ensuite.
This is your day, and we are happy to suggest a number of perfect sites for your ceremony. Depending on the weather, you may want to hold your ceremony on the back patio near the massive brick fireplace or entirely inside the lodge. With its open floor plan and floor-to-ceilings windows, the lodge will keep everyone comfortable. The lower pond is our favorite spot If you time it just right, a western Montana sunset will light up the sky for you and your guests.
The Gathering Lodge was designed to give the bride and her party space. On the east end of the lodge, the bridal salon features a dressing area, bedrooms with ensuites, and captivating views of the Bridger Mountains.
To relieve any last-minute nerves, the groom and his entourage have access to a cavernous game room, complete with large satellite TV, foosball table, air hockey, and pinball. Anxious energy can be burned in the on-site gym or on miles of nearby hiking and biking trails.
We designed our ranch to allow a personalized feel for any event, and reception sites are no exception. If you have a ceremony at the lower pond, the main lodge is a three-minute walk. There, your guests can dance the evening away on the stone patio, which is the perfect place to host dinner and set up a bar.
Located only 20 minutes away, Bozeman is home to numerous event catering services and top-quality chefs. We can recommend a number of services and individuals to facilitate everything from food to music to tables and chairs. The property is a little over a mile off of the paved road, which provides both easy access and a tranquil setting.
On the day of your arrival, you will be greeted by a member of our family. We will provide a tour of the property, show you how everything works, and be right down the road in case of an emergency. Our goal is to share our home with you, and then let you be with your family and friends.
